I experienced my first scheduled maintenance service on my first Toyota vehicle at Toyota of Merrillville. Compared to every service I had in the past at Ford, I was amazed at how easy it was to have my Toyota serviced at Toyota of Merrillville. The staff was extremely pleasant and walked me through the process. I was even amazed that I received a video from the technician, going over the multi-point inspection. This has been by far the best service I have experienced.

We had dealt with many Toyota dealerships looking for a new RAV and once we began working with Mariana we chose Toyota of Merrillville for our purchase. We ended up trading in two 2017 RAV4's and purchasing two 2025 RAV4's. Mariana was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Incredibly grateful to Joshua for taking care of my Toyota Sienna for me ! He went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. I was so upset and stressed when my van was making noises. Wow! I was the victim of truck tire retread that knocked my front bumper off and did so e damage. I am driving across the country to move from PA to IA so I just went to the closest Toyota dealership. I am so grateful I landed here. They took me in right away, checked everything out, told me there is no mechanical damage, and fixed what they could do I could continue on my journey. To top everything off, they refused to charge me. Great service and such kindness. This is why I love Toyota!!

I've been a customer for over 10 years and couldn't be happier with the service, parts, finance, and sales departments. No one likes spending money, especially on maintenance. But here, it's almost fun, and the teams make you feel very comfortable and offer amenities and updates for your service while you wait.

Scammy dealership. Placed a $500 deposit to get on a waitlist for a car which they told me was fully refundable. When I decided to leave the waitlist and requested my deposit back, they claim that I was told the deposit is non-refundable which is a lie.

I’ve had quite a few dealings with this dealer, many of which had some level of disappointment. I took my truck in for a recall. It got done but the truck needed an alignment afterward since the recall replaced the rear springs. This should have been noticed during the test drive and remedied but was a significant miss.
