2018 Tacoma

Introducing the 2018 Toyota Tacoma

The 2018 Tacoma is Toyotas freshly designed mid-sized pickup truck with a diverse selection of trim levels-- greatly varying in offroad capability and equipment options. The Tacoma is available in rear or all-wheel drive configurations. There are two bed lengths and three cab variations across the board. It also boasts the more standard safety features than any pickup in its class.

Exterior

There is something outwardly elegant about the body of the Tacoma, almost as if the front fascia and details were inspired by a more petite body style such as a crossover SUV or coupe hybrid.

Engine

The Tacoma comes equipped with a standard 2.7 L 4 cylinder with an output of 159 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque, and is paired to an automatic six speed transmission.

Driver Assistance

The mid-size pickup now has a host of standard active safety features with the addition of Toyota Safety Sense-P.

Technology

Standard features include 16-inch steel wheels, cloth upholstery, Toyota’s Entune multimedia system with a 6.1-inch touchscreen, a USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, and a rearview camera.

Available Options

The 3.5 L V-6 offers a more robust output of 278 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque.

For a more rugged look, the Tacoma TRD Pro is distinguished with standard Fox shocks, Rigid Industries LED fog lights, a unique grille with a heritage-inspired Toyota badge, a TRD Pro skid plate, a TRD exhaust, a hood scoop, and TRD Pro 16-inch alloy wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires.
